The challenge of the study is to formulate solutions regarding the legislation, the regulation and actions to support the private sector which will contribute to the improvement of the presence/set up of SMEs in public markets.

The process targets:

·  The diagnosis of SMEs positioning in public markets

·  The proposals and recommendations on a national, communal, regional level

·  The elaboration of a communication strategy

Elaboration and implementation of a prospecting strategy for foreign Investors for the benefit of the Hauts-de-Seine (France) 2011-2015

Mobilization and framming of HBO partners in the targeted countries Implementation of prospection tools

·  Strengthening the department's visibility and emophasizing on its attractiveness to potential Investors from the USA, UAE, India, China and Japan

·  Prospecting in key sectors of the department, notably in the ICT/numerical field, financial services and services for companies

Mobilization of HBO partners for the search of projects and participation in fairs
